TERMS OF USE
End user license
Effective 13 September 2026. Agreement between you and Parikshit Sharma, doing business as Remix Studio. By buying, downloading, installing, or using Remix Studio you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and the Refund page. If you do not agree, do not use the product. This is a standard one-time desktop license form, not legal advice.
1. License grant
Subject to payment of the listed fee and these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use Remix Studio on one computer at a time. The license is one-time. It is not a subscription. The listed price is $49 USD; Indian checkout may be charged in INR. The software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all intellectual property in the software.
2. Activation and transfer
Setup asks for the license key before it copies files. After the first activation the studio is meant to keep working on that machine without a constant connection. You may transfer the license through Manage. Transfer issues a new key and recovery code. The previous machine stops after it next checks in. Sharing a key, using it on two computers at once, or bypassing activation is a breach and we may revoke the license without a refund.
3. Restrictions
You will not, except where applicable law says you may anyway: copy the software except for ordinary backup and use; modify, rent, lease, or redistribute it; reverse engineer it; remove proprietary notices; or use it to break the law. You will not use Remix Studio to infringe copyright, upload malware, or automate abuse of YouTube or other platforms.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the footage you import and for any YouTube or other account you connect. The product does not grant rights to third-party video, music, trademarks, or likenesses. Publishing is your act, after you review and confirm.
5. Updates
We may offer updates. We are not required to. An update may change features. If you do not want an update, stop using that version. Windows and Mac builds may not include the same local models.
6. Privacy
How we handle account, payment, and device data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.
7. No warranty and limited liability
The software is provided as is. The full warranty disclaimer, liability cap (the amount you paid for the license), and related exclusions are in the Disclaimer. That page is part of this agreement and survives termination.
8. Refunds and termination
Refunds follow the Refund page. We may terminate this license if you materially breach these Terms. On termination you must stop using the software and destroy copies in your possession. Sections on ownership, restrictions, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you keep any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence. If one clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These pages are the entire agreement for the software and the site. Failure to enforce a right once is not a waiver.
10. Contact
Use the Support address in the site footer when it is shown, or Manage with the Google account you used to buy.
