If you need one

Effective 13 September 2026. This is the refund policy for Remix Studio licenses. Chargebacks and payment-gateway rules still apply. This page is not legal advice.

Ask within 14 days of purchase if the license has not been activated on a computer. Write from the same email you used at checkout, or while signed in on Manage.

After activation, refunds are only for a confirmed defect we cannot fix. We do not refund because you wanted a feature that is marked coming soon, because a third-party service (YouTube, an AI provider, Razorpay, or your bank) failed, or because you used copyrighted footage you did not have rights to.

If we refund, the key is revoked and you must stop using the software. The Disclaimer still applies to use that already happened.

Razorpay, your bank, or a card network may also reverse a payment. In that case we revoke the license.
